Available in April 2012 - very high quality Sauvignon Blanc bulk wine.  The 2011 harvest was later than usual due to a cool spring and a wet June.  High temperatures in the mid-90's during the summer resulted in grapes that contain strong tropical fruit characteristics with a nice, medium level of acidity.  We are happy to work with both small and large wineries.

A partnership between our facility winemaker and your winery can customize the wine from next year's harvest. "Custom Crush" is more than a trade phrase to us.  Let's talk about what you need and how we can make that happen.

Premium Sauvignon Blanc Grapes

The 2011 crop is sold out, but we'd like to talk to you about 2012.  As always, we will manage fruit loads for quality, not quantity.  By keeping yields to about five tons per acre we can assure buyers that our fruit will be the best available in California. We expect total yield to be just over 60 tons.    We’ll work with wineries who want all or part of the harvest. We can manage all or part of the vineyard to your requirements.
